I'd like to pause after this photo just to note how spoiled we've become by digital photography. I shot that one handheld at ISO6400 with a Nikon D7100. It's a little noisy, but nothing that is really visible at web sizes. I'm guessing I could print an 8x12 and even a 13x19 and it would still look pretty good. I couldn't have taken that photo 5 years ago, at least not without a tripod.

Thanks Tony! I would describe all of these as modestly post processed. They all got a slight saturation boost and a contrast adjustment (which is true of almost every photo I take). With the two chimney photos, I probably straightened them a bit as they were leaning one way or the other.
