Chicago's second significant snowfall of 2012 occurred on Friday night. I took this photo while walking through Uptown. This sign caught my attention because it flashed the words "Mexico" as I was walking by, and I thought-- nothing screams Mexico like a snow storm! I waited a few of minutes but it never delivered that message again. So I captured "friendly" instead.
This photo is an example of what I mentioned in my previous blog entry about white balance: "sometimes you just have to throw your hands in the air and convert everything to black and white."
