Photo of the Week: Mayor Swap

We have a new mayor in Chicago as of today.  I had considered heading down to Millennium Park for the coronation, er, I mean swearing in ceremony, but didn't want to take the day off of work.  So I offer the world this photograph of a Red Eye box instead.

The last time Chicago had a new mayor, I was in grade school.  Seriously, it was 22 years ago.  Here's hoping I'm not living in a nursing home the next time it happens.  This isn't to say Mayor Daley was a horrible mayor-- he did some good things and some bad things-- but I remain a firm believer in term limits, and Chicago could really use some.
