Tis the Season

For recycling photos from years past:

Actually, I have reason to recycle this one, which is from 2007-- it's currently being featured on the web site Fuel Your Photography, in of course a Christmas themed entry.

The one thing I always wonder about this photo-- at what point does it cease to read as a Christmas photo, and becomes instead a Christmas photo from the 00s (or the Naughts, or whatever people are calling that decade).  Much the way photos from the 70s and 80s are identifiable by the cars pictured, that camera in the foreground is going to look awfully dated in 5 to 10 years.  Hell, it already does.

Photo Details: Nikon D50 with 50mm lens, a shutter speed that I can't remember and f1.8, and probably ISO400.  The foreground camera is a Canon a510.
